How do I get started planning my event?

Start by filling out our booking form or messaging us with your event details — your theme, colors, date, and venue. Once we receive your request, we’ll schedule a quick design consultation to talk through your ideas and expectations.

After the consultation and deposit, you’ll receive a digital mock-up of your setup so you can visualize your design before event day. This ensures we’re fully aligned before any balloons go up!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Zelle, Cash, and Credit/Debit cards (via invoice). We also offer payment plan options through Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm, making it easier to book now and pay over time.

Please note: a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 48 hours prior to your event.

We don't just plan events - we create memories that last a lifetime!

How far in advance should I book?

For smaller setups (like balloon garlands or grab-and-go orders), we recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance. For larger installations or full event styling packages, 6–8 weeks is ideal.

We occasionally accept last-minute bookings if our schedule allows, but design options may be limited — so the earlier, the better!

Do you offer delivery, setup, and teardown?

Yes! Delivery and setup are included in most packages and will be itemized in your invoice. Tear down/removal services are also available upon request for an additional fee.

If you’re renting backdrops, pedestals, or props, we’ll schedule pickup or teardown timing with you ahead of time to keep things seamless.

Can I rent just a backdrop or balloon garland without full styling?

Absolutely. Many clients choose to rent individual items like backdrops, arches, or balloon garlands as stand-alone pieces. We also offer grab-and-go garlands that you can install yourself — budget-friendly and beautiful!

Can you match my event theme or colors?

Definitely! We love creating custom color palettes that match your event’s theme perfectly. We use high-quality balloons and decor pieces to get as close as possible to your vision.

You’re encouraged to send us inspiration photos, invitations, or Pinterest links — they help us design something special just for you. While we can’t duplicate a design exactly, we’ll recreate the style in a way that’s uniquely yours.

Before the big day, you’ll receive a digital design mock-up so you can preview the look and request small tweaks if needed.

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Life happens — we get it! Deposits are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future event if you reschedule within our policy window (usually 30 days’ notice).

Cancellations made after materials are purchased or designs are started may incur additional costs, since custom orders are often prepped ahead of time.

How long does setup take?

Setup time depends on the design’s size and complexity. Smaller installs may take 30–60 minutes, while full balloon walls or styled backdrops can take 2–4 hours. We’ll confirm your timeline in advance so everything runs smoothly on event day.

Can I keep the balloons after my event?

Yes! You’re welcome to keep balloons and disposable decor after your event. Any rented items (like backdrops, arches, pedestals, or signage frames) must be returned or scheduled for pickup at the agreed-upon time.
